2 cups of Flourish Flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup water
3 tablespoons olive oil
1. Combine flour and salt in a large bowl. Stir in water and oil until a dough forms.
2. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 10-12 minutes until it becomes smooth. Add a little flour or water if needed to achieve the desired consistency. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
3. On a floured surface, divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a 7-inch circle.
4. Cook the tortillas in a greased cast-iron or other heavy skillet over medium heat until lightly browned, about 1 minute per side. Serve warm.
