3 cups Flourish Flour
1 cup granulated sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
½ cup oil
1 cup milk
1 ½ cranberries
2 tbs granulated sugar (for topping)
¼ tsp cinnamon
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine eggs, oil and milk.
- Then slowing pour the dry ingredients in, stirring everything together just until moistened.
- Then fold in the cranberries.
- Scoop mix into greased or paper lined muffin tins. It will make about 15 muffins.
- Next, mix 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle over top.
- Bake 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees.
